'The Basics of Travel' Promotion Underway

Until July 15, customers who book or purchase products and services through major partner companies by industry will receive additional mileage accumulation or discount benefits. When purchasing over USD 100 at Hyundai Department Store Duty Free, customers will earn 1 basic mile and 1 additional mile for every 5 dollars spent. If payment is made using a Korean Air card, customers can receive up to 5 miles per 1,000 KRW cumulatively. Also, when booking domestic and international hotels through Booking.com, customers can enjoy a benefit of earning 2 basic miles plus 2 additional miles per 1 dollar spent.
Korean Air offers a 10% discount and up to 2 miles per 1 dollar spent when booking rental cars and various activities through Klook, a global independent travel platform. When subscribing to the Assist Card Travel Care, an overseas travel insurance that includes overseas medical support services, customers can accumulate a total of 15 miles?10 basic miles plus 5 additional miles?for every 3,000 KRW spent.
Korean Air will give a gifticon to all customers who use all four partner companies by August 31 and complete both mileage accumulation and international flight boarding with Korean Air.
Meanwhile, Korean Air operates ‘Cash and Miles,’ a combined payment service that allows customers to pay up to 20% of airfare with mileage to increase the convenience of mileage use. Customers purchasing airline tickets by the 31st can receive a payback of 200 miles when using 1,500 miles or more through the ‘Cash and Miles’ service, and 400 miles?double the amount?when using Korean Air card easy payment.
Korean Air plans to continuously expand its partners so that customers can accumulate mileage more easily and abundantly in daily life beyond just flight boarding, while also continuing to operate various events to make mileage use more accessible.
