[Asia Economy Reporter Jeon Jinyoung] 11st announced on the 17th that it will provide Lotte Mart same-day delivery service.
11st currently offers same-day delivery services from Emart Mall, Homeplus, GS Fresh Mall, and dawn delivery service from SSG.com. By adding Lotte Mart same-day delivery, it has become the only e-commerce platform to offer shopping services from all major domestic supermarkets.
Lotte Mart same-day delivery is carried out through more than 70 Lotte Mart stores nationwide and dedicated delivery centers, allowing orders of about 30,000 products. It sells Lotte Mart’s quality-certified products and ultra-fresh food, daily necessities, meal kits, and Lotte exclusive products. In particular, all of Lotte Mart’s differentiated products such as ‘Only Price’ and ‘Toys “R” Us’ can be found through 11st’s shopping service.
The cutoff time for same-day delivery orders is around 4 PM, and if same-day delivery is not desired, customers can choose a preferred delivery time up to 3 business days later.
Kim Taewook, head of sales planning at 11st, said, “Through Lotte Mart same-day delivery, which emphasizes reliable ultra-fresh products, we have provided a premium shopping service specialized in fresh food,” and added, “As 11st is the first online platform to showcase shopping services from all major domestic supermarkets in one place, we expect to demonstrate nationwide shopping competitiveness.”
