L7 Hotel Launches Hyperlocal Series 'The Goodies'

[Asia Economy Reporter Jeon Jinyoung] Lotte L7 Hotel is launching a hyper-local series called ‘The Goodies’ in collaboration with neighbors in the hotel’s local area.

On the 17th, L7 Hotel announced that the first project will introduce ‘The Goodies Coffee,’ showcasing popular cafes near L7 Hotel.

The Goodies Coffee collaborated with local cafes known for their unique coffee flavors in three areas of Seoul where L7 Hotels are located (Myeongdong, Gangnam, Hongdae). Carefully selected coffee drip bags that can be easily brewed anytime and anywhere from each cafe are packed into one pouch.

Each hotel’s coffee pouch, jointly produced with three cafes, consists of a total of eight coffee drip bags: two L7 Hotel signature coffee drip bags and two drip bags each from three local cafes. L7 Myeongdong selected ▲ Champ Coffee, Hebe Coffee, Coffee Han Yakbang; L7 Gangnam selected ▲ Coffee Sniffer, Edbit Coffee, Guteroyte; and L7 Hongdae selected ▲ Manufacture Coffee, Router Coffee, Lake Coffee. Additionally, a local coffee map featuring 20 recommended cafe spots within walking distance from the hotel (a neighborhood close enough to walk in slippers) is included in the pouch to enhance the fun and convenience of the coffee experience.

The coffee pouches will be sold starting from the 20th through ‘Maxi Bar,’ an unmanned store operated within L7 Hotels. Maxi Bar, which sells uniquely curated products, is available at all times regardless of hotel stay.

A marketing official from Lotte Hotel stated, “The Goodies series is a community collaboration project that shares local experiences with customers that are too good to pass by,” adding, “L7 Hotel will continue ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) practice projects that coexist with the local community in the future.”
