In a statement, WHO expressed concern that "North Korea, which has not yet started COVID-19 vaccinations, faces a risk of rapid spread among the public if immediate measures are not taken to contain the virus."
WHO further stated, "We express concern over the COVID-19 outbreak in North Korea," and added, "WHO is ready to provide support to the North Korean government."
