According to the Democratic Party of Korea Damyang Regional Committee on the 16th, a 'Beyond One Team, Dream Team Launch Ceremony' was held on the 14th, pledging an overwhelming victory in the June 1 local elections.

Including Lee Byeongno, who completed candidate registration for Damyang County Governor on the 12th, 13 candidates running for provincial and county council seats in Damyang declared, "We will definitely achieve not only the election of all candidates but also the highest nationwide vote share," and resolved, "Let us do our best to unite the support and encouragement of the county residents and produce results that meet their expectations."

In particular, at the launch ceremony, it was emphasized that "All candidates of the Democratic Party of Korea will become one team centered on Lee Byeongno, Damyang County Governor candidate, to surely create a 'New Damyang' and lay the foundation for a sustainable Damyang where 50,000 Damyang residents can be happy."

On the 15th, Chairman Lee Gaeho, along with candidates from each region and about 100 key party officials, visited the National May 18 Democratic Cemetery and pledged, "We will definitely lead the local elections to victory and continue the legitimacy of the Democratic Party of Korea, which has protected democracy on this land."

Meanwhile, in the June 1 local elections, 13 candidates have completed registration as Democratic Party of Korea candidates in Damyang, including County Governor candidate Lee Byeongno, provincial council candidates Park Jongwon and Lee Gyuhyeon, county council candidates Choi Yongman, Jang Hyundong, Park Junyeop, Kim Hyundong, Jang Myeongyoung, Kim Yeongnam, Choi Hyundong, Noh Daehyeon, and proportional representation candidates for basic council Park Eunseo and Kim Yanghee.
