According to Jang Seok-woong's campaign office on the 13th, they plan to establish a psychological safety net for Jeonnam youth through an organic cooperative system with the Psychological Counselors Cooperative.

Candidate Jang Seok-woong intends to actively cooperate with the Psychological Counselors Cooperative on ▲ counseling services for at-risk youth in Jeonnam ▲ joint cooperation for healing camps for children of firefighters and youth organizations ▲ active utilization of Jeonnam Office of Education's healing resources during healing camp operations ▲ and other matters recognized as necessary through consultations between institutions.

Candidate Jang stated, “A considerable number of Jeonnam youth are suffering psychological distress due to the long-term aftereffects of COVID-19,” and added, “Through organic cooperation with the Psychological Counselors Cooperative, we will take care of our children who have been emotionally wounded.”
