[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunju Lee] Na Kyung-won and Jin Soo-hee, former members of the National Assembly, along with Park Sung-joong, Bae Hyun-jin, Cho Soo-jin, and Choi Jae-hyung, members of the People Power Party, have been appointed as members of the election campaign committee chaired by Oh Se-hoon, the People Power Party candidate for Seoul mayor.


On the 13th, Oh's campaign committee announced these key appointments under the slogan "Prepared Future Seoul Campaign Committee."


The 1st Policy Chairperson is Cho Eun-hee, a former Seocho District Mayor, and the 2nd Policy Chairperson is former lawmaker Moon Byung-ho. The Organization Headquarters will be led by former lawmaker Jung Yang-seok, the Comprehensive Situation Headquarters by former lawmaker Oh Shin-hwan, and the Strategy Headquarters by Kim Geun-sik, former head of the People Power Party Vision Strategy Office. The Future Vision Headquarters appointed Kim Jae-seop, former emergency committee member of the People Power Party. Notably, figures from the Kim Jong-in and Yoo Seung-min factions have been recruited. The Global Competitiveness Enhancement Headquarters will be led by Tae Young-ho, a People Power Party member of the National Assembly.


The Election Headquarters Chief is Yoo Kyung-joon, a People Power Party member of the National Assembly, with Kim Woong serving as the head of the legal advisory group. The spokesperson team is led by Jeon Ju-hye, a People Power Party member, as chief spokesperson, with Kim Byung-min and Yoon Hee-seok, former spokespersons from President Yoon Suk-yeol’s campaign, also participating. Former lawmaker Kim Yong-tae serves as the special advisor group leader.


A Civil Society Committee involving civic groups has been formed, chaired by Park In-joo, former Senior Secretary for Social Integration at the Presidential Office, and Lee Gap-san, chairman of the Pan-Civil Society Organizations Coalition.
