[Asia Economy Reporter Ryu Tae-min] Line Construction will open the housing exhibition center for ‘Juan Central Paragon’ on the 13th and begin the full-scale sales schedule.
‘Juan Central Paragon,’ introduced through the redevelopment project of Michu 1 District in Incheon, is located at 590-22 Juan 2-dong, Michuhol-gu, Incheon. It consists of 12 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 40 floors above ground, with a total of 1,321 households of 39 to 84㎡ in exclusive area. Among them, 767 households will be available for general sale.
This complex is a station-area complex within walking distance of Simin Park Station on Incheon Subway Line 2. Juan Station on Seoul Subway Line 1 is also about 1 km away, and Gyeongin-ro and Michuhol-daero are adjacent, making local transportation convenient. Additionally, Incheon City Hall Station on the GTX (Great Train Express) B line, located two stops from Simin Park Station, is being developed with a target opening in 2029.

A daycare center and kindergarten are planned to be newly established within the complex, and Juan Elementary and Middle Schools (planned) are within walking distance. The sales schedule starts with special supply on the 23rd of this month, followed by first priority for the relevant area on the 24th, first priority for other areas on the 25th, and second priority on the 26th. Winners will be announced on June 2, and official contracts will be signed from June 13 to 18. Move-in is scheduled for December 2025.
