Maeil Dairies Yomiyomi Signs License Agreement for 'Pinkfong Baby Shark'

[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] Maeil Dairies' infant snack brand Yomiyomi announced on the 12th that it has signed a license agreement with The Pinkfong Company and will introduce new product designs and collaboration videos featuring the 'Pinkfong Baby Shark' character.

Yomiyomi is an infant snack brand launched by Maeil Dairies in 2009. Based on professional nutritional planning by pediatric specialists, it follows nutritional and developmental guidelines according to infants' age, and adheres to the three no's (no preservatives, no flavorings, no colorings) principle to ensure safe consumption. Maeil Dairies applied The Pinkfong Company's representative character 'Pinkfong Baby Shark' design to three types of Yomiyomi Mini Pop and six types of organic rice snacks.

Yomiyomi Mini Pop contains 125mg of calcium, equivalent to one cup of milk, and 22mg of DHA, a brain component, for growing children. Instead of frying in oil, it is made by applying only heat and pressure to develop children's taste buds, boasting a soft texture, and is available in three flavors: roasted corn, triple cheese, and strawberry yogurt. Yomiyomi organic rice snacks are healthy snacks made with 100% domestically grown organic rice combined with various vegetables and fruits. Considering children's fine motor skills, they are designed in stick shapes that can be held in the palm and finger ball shapes that can be picked up with fingers.
