[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] Samsung SDS announced on the 11th that it held the ‘Cello Square Conference 2022’ and will launch its digital logistics service Cello Square in China this month.
With this, not only domestic companies but also Chinese companies will be able to easily and conveniently use the entire logistics process including quotation, contract, transportation, tracking, and settlement by utilizing Samsung SDS’s digital logistics service Cello Square.
At the conference, Samsung SDS, which announced plans to expand Cello Square to the global market, also introduced △ logistics consulting and fulfillment services △ enhanced user convenience △ IT specialized services utilizing AI technology.
First, Samsung SDS provides various e-commerce dedicated logistics products on Cello Square that can meet diverse seller demands, such as consulting services to reduce logistics costs and fulfillment services that improve logistics efficiency through cargo repackaging and return management.
In addition, Cello Square users can easily check quotations, shipping status, and delivery issues by major routes for their own cargo volume. Especially, Amazon seller customers can now use the Amazon FBA (Fulfillment By Amazon) inventory management function on Cello Square, further enhancing the provision of various logistics information and user convenience.
Furthermore, Samsung SDS introduced IT-specialized logistics services. Using the AI-based work automation solution Brity RPA, various documents such as tax invoices are issued, and logistics tracking is automated. Also, with the big data analysis platform Brightics AI, congestion at arrival ports is predicted to provide accurate estimated ship arrival dates to shippers.
