[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Min-young] Hyundai Construction announced on the 10th that it will sell "Hillstate Bullo Forest" in the Bullo-dong area of Seo-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City in June.
Hillstate Bullo Forest will be developed with 8 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 25 above-ground floors, totaling 736 households, all consisting of a single preferred exclusive area of 84㎡. The number of households by type is ▲84㎡A 442 households ▲84㎡B 228 households ▲84㎡C 66 households.
The complex is mainly oriented south to secure sunlight and adopts a slab-type design (except for some units) to ensure excellent ventilation. In addition, all units have multi-purpose rooms, and some units have dressing rooms, maximizing space utilization with ample storage space design. Various community facilities and a lawn plaza within the complex will also be created to enhance the quality of life for residents.
Hillstate Bullo Forest is located in the core area of the Incheon Bullo District, close to Gimpo and Geomdan New Town. The Incheon Bullo District shares the Geomdan living area due to its proximity to Geomdan New Town, and residents can also enjoy the Gimpo Hangang New Town living area to the north. Within a 1km radius, the Bullo District central commercial area is located, allowing convenient access to various sales and convenience facilities such as the Bullo Daegok-dong Administrative Welfare Center and Homeplus Gimpo branch.
In addition, Incheon Bullo Elementary School is within walking distance, and Incheon Mokhyang Elementary School and Bullo Middle School are also nearby.
Excellent transportation networks with good accessibility to Seoul are also an advantage. Through the adjacent Najin IC, it is easy to enter Gimpo Hangang-ro and Olympic-daero, which lead to Seoul. Right in front, Geomdan-ro connects to Gimpo, providing good accessibility to other areas.
In particular, the Daegok-dong to Bullo District connecting road is scheduled to open in 2023, and National Road 98 (local road 98) connecting Geomdan to Ilsan (Dokye~Majon section) is expected to be completed in 2025. The extension of Incheon Line 1, scheduled to open in 2024, is also being promoted near the complex.
The model house for Hillstate Bullo Forest will be located in Sau-dong, Gimpo-si, Gyeonggi-do, and the pre-promotion center will be located on the second floor of the Bullo-dong area in Seo-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City.
