IS Dongseo Acquires 50 Billion KRW Stake in Joint Venture with E&F Diamond

[Asia Economy Reporter Song Seung-yoon] IS Dongseo announced on the 9th that it will acquire 50 billion shares of E&F Diamond Private Equity Partnership, a financial investment firm, for 50 billion KRW.

After acquiring the shares, IS Dongseo's stake in E&F Diamond Private Equity Partnership will be 20%. The scheduled date for the share acquisition is the 31st of this month.
