Starting with passing the 2020 qualification exam, she obtained a Level 2 Computer Utilization Certificate, participated in the Seoul Out-of-School Youth Vocational Competency Enhancement Program 'Gaonnarae,' and took part in an internship for out-of-school youth.

Last year, she was selected as a model youth during Geumcheon-gu Youth Month, demonstrating various achievements.

She also utilized her strength in drawing to create calendar illustrations for the prevention of sexual violence and cyberbullying, and participated as a co-developer of cyberbullying prevention webtoons with the Geumcheon-gu Youth Counseling Welfare Center, actively working to solve community issues.

Lee Gyuheon said, "After obtaining the qualification exam certificate and contemplating my career path, I decided to become an illustrator, which I enjoy and excel at, by participating in the Kkumdeulim Center and community activities. I hope other out-of-school youth also study at Kkumdeulim and find their career paths through various activities."

The Geumcheon-gu Youth Support Center 'Kkumdeulim' is available to out-of-school youth aged 9 to 24. It supports their independence through educational support, counseling, job experience and employment assistance, health checkups, certification acquisition, and self-development programs. Since its opening in 2015, it has focused on discovering and supporting out-of-school youth, providing tailored services such as counseling, academic support, and employment assistance to a total of 1,197 youths up to last year.

Yoon Jeong-hee, Director of the Child and Youth Division, stated, "Out-of-school youth urgently need social attention and policy support to ensure proper protection and assistance after dropping out of school. We will continue to provide much interest and support so that out-of-school youth can confidently prepare for life with their own dreams."
