Popup Store 'I Am Nature' in Perrierju
The weather these days feels like summer has already arrived, yet the nights are still chilly, creating a peculiar atmosphere much like my own feelings. I visited the pop-up store held at The Hyundai Seoul, which evokes the freshness of spring.
The ‘Perrier-Jou?t’ pop-up store opened under the concept of ‘I am Nature.’ The message emphasizing love for nature and passion for creativity is clearly felt. Designed with nature as its motif to harmonize with the spaciousness of The Hyundai Seoul, it stands out prominently among stores filled with dazzling visuals.
The booth, designed in shades of green, exudes a luxurious feel alongside the displayed Perrier-Jou?t champagnes. Singer Hwasa, who embodies both freedom and sophistication, visited the booth to introduce Perrier-Jou?t champagne.
It is especially delightful to see the entire lineup of Perrier-Jou?t in one place. You can find the ‘Perrier-Jou?t Blanc de Blancs’ non-vintage product, launched in Korea this month, and the ‘Perrier-Jou?t Belle Epoque Blanc de Blancs 2012 Vintage.’ A tasting zone is set up on one side, where visitors can experience the flavors of Perrier-Jou?t’s dry champagne Grand Brut, the newly introduced Blanc de Blancs in Korea, and Perrier-Jou?t Belle Epoque.
Additionally, there is a zone exhibiting drawings themed on ‘bio-diversity’ created in collaboration with the designer group Mischer'Traxler. Also, if visitors upload a certification photo of their visit to the pop-up store on SNS with a specific hashtag, a certain amount will be donated to the Biodiversity Foundation.
Finally, an engraving service is available where a calligraphy artist personally engraves on glasses, allowing you to own a special personalized glass. If you are tired of the hustle and bustle of Seoul, taking a break amidst nature right in the city center might be a good idea.
The ‘Perrier-Jou?t’ pop-up store can be visited until the 15th at The Hyundai Seoul, Basement Level 1, Yeouido.
