These days, you often hear stories about the MZ generation everywhere. Most of them are about what the MZ generation is supposedly like. When I hear those, I sometimes think, "Why does the world try to fit me in?" Because being flashy, pure, and confident are all parts of who I am.

Kaz White closely resembles my identity, which cannot be simply explained by the single term "MZ generation." It is a lager-style hybrid wheat beer that embodies both the smoothness of wheat beer and the crisp freshness of Cass, which cannot be defined by the stereotypical mold of "wheat beer." It can be smooth, refreshing, or both at the same time.

Kaz’s first wheat beer. How does it taste? With an excited heart, I took a cautious sip. The first impression was very smooth. The foam was also rich. I felt a sharp tingle hitting my throat, but after two or three sips, it went down smoothly and softly.

While typical wheat beers feel smooth from start to finish, this beer approaches smoothly and finishes refreshingly. Although it’s a wheat beer, it doesn’t lose Cass’s character, so the aftertaste is not heavy but clean! True to its nickname as a “hybrid wheat beer,” you can feel both smoothness and crispness at the same time, making it much more refreshing than any wheat beer I’ve had before.

Wheat beers generally have strong floral or fruity aromas. The deep flavor and lingering taste are unique charms of wheat beer but can also be divisive. However, Kaz White’s aroma is not overpowering, making it easy for anyone to enjoy without burden. It has a faint coriander scent along with fruity notes, and the subtle aroma keeps it from becoming cloying. Rather than a bitter taste, you can enjoy a fragrant flavor until the end.

Since it has characteristics of both wheat beer and lager, it pairs well with a wide range of side dishes. From pizza and chicken, the bible of beer snacks, to street food, snacks, bread, and salads, it harmonizes well with everything. Among these, I especially recommend pizza.
