[Asia Economy Reporter Choi Dae-yeol] CJ Logistics announced on the 3rd that it will hold a logistics innovation idea PT competition. This contest allows free proposals in all areas related to logistics, including process innovation, new business models, platform development, and logistics solutions, targeting university and graduate school graduates as well as current students who are expected to graduate in January next year.
Individuals or teams of up to three members can submit proposals on the CJ Group recruitment website from today until the 23rd. After document screening, the first successful candidates will be announced on the 24th of next month, and the PT presentation will be held between July 7 and 8. The final successful candidates will be announced on July 13.
Submitted proposals will be evaluated based on understanding of the logistics industry, relevance to the theme, creativity not seen before, completeness with sufficient specificity for feasibility, and applicability in actual field operations. Winners will receive prize money and benefits such as exemption from document screening, aptitude test, and first interview when applying for CJ Logistics recruitment.
Lee Jeong-hyun, head of the HR support office at CJ Logistics, said, "Through a new recruitment process that goes beyond the existing standardized recruitment framework, we will discover innovative and creative talents and make them the new driving force for the company’s leap as an innovative technology enterprise."
Previously, the company held internal venture contests to select talents with innovative ideas and capabilities in related fields such as artificial intelligence (AI), big data, and software, by receiving future technology challenges or employee ideas and seeking commercialization.
