LG Uplus "Enjoy U+tv with May Legoland Discounts"

[Asia Economy Reporter Cha Min-young] LG Uplus announced on the 3rd that it will hold promotions and events for family customers with young children in celebration of May, the month of family.

First, LG Uplus will offer a discount on one-day admission tickets to Legoland Korea Resort Park, which officially opens on the 5th, for customers preparing for outings. Any LG Uplus mobile customer can receive a 20% discount on Legoland admission tickets on weekdays and a 10% discount on weekends.

They will also run the ‘Kids Go Free’ promotion offering a 1+1 ticket benefit. Customers participating in the promotion, which runs until the 26th, can receive one free child ticket with the purchase of one adult ticket.

Legoland visit benefits will also be provided to users of LG Uplus’s dedicated platform for infants and children, ‘U+ Idle Nara.’ LG Uplus will select 100 customers by lottery from those who watch three or more pieces of U+ Idle Nara content by the 15th and gift them Legoland admission tickets.

The dedicated content for infants and children has also been expanded. Over 130 new nature observation contents have been added, and more than 280 paid contents, including Magic Thousand Characters and Korean language education, have been converted from paid to free. In partnership with the U.S. content producer NBC Universal (NBCU), LG Uplus will premiere new animation series such as ‘Trolls: Trollstopia’ and ‘Madagascar: A Little Wild’ for the first time in Korea. On U+tv, an online children’s musical ‘Hello Carbot Season 6, Shake Shake Dance Party’ will be broadcast live in celebration of Children’s Day.

Events for customers who watch children’s content will also be held. Until the 11th, customers who watch Pok?mon movies and TV anime series through U+tv will be entered into a lottery to win Pok?mon emoticons and Pok?mon camping chairs. All customers who purchase five or more Disney family movies will receive one of six Disney goods randomly, and customers who purchase the animated movie ‘Hello Jadoo’ will be entered into a lottery to receive ice cream gifticons.
