[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Jong-hwa] Kiturami Co., Ltd. announced that Kiturami Boiler was selected as the No. 1 brand in the home boiler category for six consecutive years in the '2022 Brand Customer Loyalty Index (BCLI)' consumer survey jointly announced on the 3rd by Brand Keys, which publishes loyalty indices in 35 countries worldwide, and the Korea Consumer Forum.
The Brand Customer Loyalty Index (BCLI) is characterized by its structured approach to measuring brand customer loyalty through customers' emotional loyalty, attitudinal loyalty, and switching intentions.
The top brands by industry were selected through an online survey (50%) and one-on-one telephone surveys (50%) targeting domestic consumers aged 15 and older. From March 16 to 27, over 12 days, the number of participants reached 254,939, with a total of 1,315,420 survey responses.
Kiturami Boiler received the highest scores in the industry across all five survey categories: brand trust, brand attachment, repurchase intention, recommendation intention, and switching intention, achieving a total score of 24.96 points out of 35, thus being recognized as the nation's No. 1 boiler in customer loyalty for six consecutive years.
Kiturami has focused on enhancing the performance, popularization, and diversification of eco-friendly boilers, continuously releasing new products that improve gas boiler thermal efficiency and fine dust reduction performance while reducing size and weight, and enhancing ease of use and safety.
Kiturami's flagship eco-friendly boiler product, the ‘Geokuro ECO Condensing L10 Gas Boiler,’ differs from conventional condensing boilers that use two heat exchangers to increase thermal efficiency by applying an integrated heat exchanger that combines the primary and secondary heat exchangers. This achieves a thermal efficiency of over 92% while reducing the product volume by up to 24% compared to previous models.
In particular, the nitrogen oxide (NOx) emission concentration is at a level of 8?12 ppm, which is much lower than the Ministry of Environment certification standard of 20 ppm. The flame control capability is more than twice as good as previous models, providing a stable supply of hot water at a consistent temperature without temperature fluctuations, whether supplying large or small amounts of hot water. Additionally, Kiturami Boiler incorporates a dual safety system consisting of a gas leak detector and an earthquake sensor, allowing safe use without concerns about safety accidents caused by earthquakes or internal gas leaks in the boiler.
A Kiturami Boiler representative stated, “As international pressure on environmental pollution regulations and carbon neutrality practices intensifies, consumer interest in eco-friendly products is increasing domestically as well. The domestic gas boiler market will continue to focus on eco-friendliness this year, and we will do our best to deeply connect with customers as the representative brand of eco-friendly boilers.”
