[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] SK Inc. C&C has unveiled a service that allows users to easily create non-fungible tokens (NFTs) with just a few clicks.
SK C&C announced on the 3rd that it will reveal the 'ChainZ for NFT platform' through a webinar titled 'This is an Enterprise NFT Platform' scheduled for the 11th. The webinar will present business innovation starting with NFTs and share know-how to rapidly advance NFT business.
Ki-yeol Lee, Head of Digital Platform at SK C&C, In-ho, Professor at Korea University Blockchain Research Institute, and Shin-hye Lee, investment expert and CEO of GBIC, will discuss various topics surrounding NFTs in a panel format, including ▲the development of digital assets and the resulting overall social and technological changes ▲preparations needed to utilize NFT technology for business model innovation.
The webinar will also feature a live demonstration of actual NFT issuance and public Ethereum withdrawal using the 'ChainZ for NFT platform,' allowing attendees to see the entire NFT service implementation process. The 'ChainZ for NFT platform' is a blockchain platform developed and operated by SK C&C since 2019, supporting everything from NFT issuance to trading and withdrawal in one place.
Notably, the platform utilizes key management technology patented in April of this year. This system enables users to recover their keys through an algorithm even if they lose them. It addresses the drawback of existing blockchain systems where losing user-issued keys results in inability to use or recover the system.
Choi Cheol, Head of Blockchain Platform Group at SK C&C, said, “A major advantage is that it is a private chain based on Ethereum, the representative NFT, making it easy to secure blockchain developers across various industries such as finance, distribution, gaming, logistics, public sector, and healthcare.” He added, “It features no NFT processing fees and supports diverse service delivery forms such as cloud service and on-premise installation, as well as optimized customization for services, enabling maximum autonomous customer service.”
