[Asia Economy Reporter Choi Dae-yeol] A product that converts the conventional vehicle smart key into a digital key linked with a smartphone has been released. The digital key allows non-face-to-face services such as vehicle door locking, consumable replacement, and visit car washing using a smartphone.
‘Bring&Ti’ (photo), launched by Hyundai Mobis on the 2nd, is a series of services including a product that installs the smart key inside the vehicle and an application (app) that enables various functions to be used on a smartphone.
Attach the vehicle smart key to the main body of the product and connect it to the smartphone via Bluetooth. Download the product app on the connected smartphone and register the vehicle to use it. It is possible to open and close the doors with the smartphone and share the key with others. You can control the vehicle’s functions without carrying the physical key. When using the auto door function, the doors open and close automatically as you approach or move away from the vehicle without separately running the app.
The new product is compatible with most Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis vehicles. It can be purchased at Hyundai Mobis official dealerships’ online malls or offline accessory stores. The price is 149,000 KRW.
