Lotte Construction announced on the 2nd that it was selected as the contractor at the recently held 'Mia 3 Redevelopment Promotion Zone Housing Redevelopment Project Contractor Selection General Meeting' at the Yeouido Full Gospel Church Saeseongbuk Sanctuary in Gangbuk-gu, Seoul.
The Mia 3 District redevelopment project is located in Mia-dong 439, Gangbuk-gu, Seoul, and involves constructing 12 apartment buildings with a total floor area of 157,935㎡, ranging from 3 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, totaling 1,037 households. The construction cost is approximately 254.3 billion KRW, and Lotte Construction has succeeded in winning three consecutive urban maintenance project contracts in Seoul, including this Mia 3 District redevelopment project.
The Mia 3 District gained support from the union members based on landmark-level design, including the use of differentiated quality household units, premium finishing materials such as flooring, and the installation of pedestrian decks connecting segmented complexes.
A Lotte Construction official stated, "As we are establishing our presence in the Gangbuk and Seongbuk districts, we proposed a specialized design incorporating Lotte Construction's construction know-how to create the best luxury apartments."
Meanwhile, starting with the Seongsu 1 District reconstruction project in January this year, Lotte Construction has consecutively secured contracts for the Cheongdam Sindong-A Apartment remodeling project, Daegu Bangogae District redevelopment project, Bongcheon 1-1 District reconstruction project, and Seonsa Hyundai Apartment remodeling project. The cumulative number of urban maintenance project contracts this year is six, with a total amount of 1.3983 trillion KRW.
