Kim Kwan-young for Jeonbuk Governor Candidate
[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Sehee] The Democratic Party of Korea has confirmed former leader Song Young-gil as its candidate for the Seoul mayoral election in the June 1 local elections.
The Democratic Party's Central Election Commission announced on the 29th that in the party's Seoul mayoral primary, former leader Song defeated former lawmaker Kim Jin-ae to become the candidate.
In the Jeonbuk governor primary, former lawmaker Kim Kwan-young defeated lawmaker Ahn Ho-young to be selected as the final candidate.
