Small-scale residential land development and factory construction site development lead to slight increase
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yeo Jong-gu] Seongju-gun, Gyeongbuk, has determined and announced the individual official land prices for 176,265 parcels surveyed and calculated as of January 1 this year.
This year, the individual official land prices in Seongju-gun have risen somewhat due to increases in standard land prices, development of small residential sites, and development of factory construction sites.
Additionally, reflecting land price realization and the rise in reported actual transaction prices of farmland have resulted in an increase rate of about 8.9% compared to the previous year.
If there are any objections to the announced official land prices, objections can be submitted by filling out an objection form available at the county office's Civil Service Department or the town and township offices by the objection submission deadline of next month 30th.
Submitted objections will be re-investigated for appropriateness and then reviewed by the Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee, with the results individually notified by June 23.
A Seongju-gun official stated, “Since the individual official land prices determined and announced this time are used as the basis for imposing national and local taxes and various charges, we will do our best to provide appropriate guidance and publicity so that residents can take a keen interest.”
