[Asia Economy Reporter Han Jinju] On the 28th, the Blue House held a regular National Security Council (NSC) Standing Committee meeting chaired by Suh Hoon, Director of the National Security Office, to review the North Korean military parade trends under the South Korea-U.S. cooperation.

At the meeting, the Blue House examined military movements in the border areas, including the Northern Limit Line (NLL) in the West Sea, and checked the South Korean military's surveillance and vigilance posture.

They also announced plans to continuously strengthen the practical response capabilities of the South Korean military and the South Korea-U.S. combined forces.

The attendees emphasized the importance of maintaining a firm security posture and managing the situation to ensure a stable conclusion and smooth transfer of power during the government transition period.

The attendees reviewed the situation and response trends in Ukraine. They urged citizens not to enter Ukraine without permission and to leave promptly if they have already entered.

They decided to continue taking necessary measures, including securing the safety of citizens and supporting Ukraine, while closely cooperating with the international community.
