Access and objections are accepted until May 30
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] Geochang-gun, Gyeongnam Province, will decide and announce the 2022 individual publicly announced land prices and individual housing prices for approximately 260,000 land parcels and 17,399 houses in the jurisdiction as of April 29.
The individual real estate prices announced this time were surveyed and calculated based on January 1, 2022, and can be viewed until May 30 on the Internet Real Estate Public Price Informer or the Geochang-gun Office website.
Land and house owners and interested parties who have objections to the prices can submit an objection form directly to the Eup/Myeon Administrative Welfare Center or the Finance Department of Geochang-gun Office by May 30, and it is also possible to submit by mail or fax.
Geochang-gun will recalculate the publicly announced prices of individual real estate for which objections have been filed, undergo re-verification by an appraiser, and review by the Real Estate Price Public Announcement Committee, then notify the applicants of the results.
