Kakao Pay Launches 'The Peach Ollyeo' Promotion for Family Month

Earn up to 11,000 points by stacking Apeach and Loopyach
Points awarded for using Family Month remittance envelopes and new connections in 'Asset Management'

[Asia Economy Reporter Sim Nayoung] Kakao Pay has launched the ‘The Peach Up’ promotion from April 25 to May 9, offering up to 11,000 Kakao Pay Points. On the promotion page, users can click the ‘Challenge’ button and complete missions for each character, Apeach and Rapeach, stacking the two characters up.

First, Apeach stacking can be done by using ‘Kakao Pay Remittance.’ When users send money to friends using the ‘I love you’ or ‘Thank you’ remittance envelopes, the mission is completed, and 500 winners will be selected by lottery to receive 10,000 Pay Points. Account transfers are excluded.

Rapeach stacking is completed by newly linking ‘Asset Management.’ The first 100,000 users who complete Rapeach stacking will receive 1,000 Pay Points. Existing Kakao Pay ‘Asset Management’ users can participate separately through a link-sharing mission. The first 100,000 users who participate in the promotion will receive 100 Pay Points.

Kakao Pay’s ‘Asset Management’ is a MyData-based personalized financial asset and expenditure analysis service. It allows integrated management by linking various financial assets such as savings, cards, insurance, financial investments, loans, electronic finance, and telecommunications. It offers various editing features for personalized financial management, such as adding frequently used financial products to favorites and editing consumption categories in detailed expenditure statements.

Kakao Pay stated, "To celebrate Family Month, we have prepared a fun promotion where users can send money to their acquaintances to express their feelings and also experience managing assets with Kakao Pay." This promotion can be checked in the Kakao Pay ‘Remittance’ or ‘Benefits’ tab, and the Apeach and Rapeach mission benefits can be won multiple times.
