‘Incheon City Hall Station Hanshin The Hue,’ regarded as an opportunity for non-homeowners to own a home with its reasonable sale price, has finally been unveiled to prospective buyers.
‘Incheon City Hall Station Hanshin The Hue,’ which opened its model house on the 22nd of this month, is an apartment complex developed by Hanshin Engineering in Ganseok-dong, Namdong-gu, Incheon. It consists of six buildings ranging from three basement floors to a maximum of 25 floors above ground, totaling 469 households. Among these, 162 units with a preferred exclusive area of 46 to 84㎡ are available for general sale.
The high expectations were confirmed from the opening day. From the 22nd, the model house was bustling with visitors throughout the weekend seeking detailed consultations on subscriptions and contracts. In particular, visitors who entered after undergoing quarantine procedures such as air showers and hand sanitization to prevent the spread of COVID-19 gave positive reviews on the model layout, interior units, and location conditions.
Mr. A, in his 40s, who revealed that he lives in Namdong-gu, said, “I like the triple station area location with Incheon Subway Lines 1 and 2, as well as GTX-B.” He added, “I believe the premium will increase once the GTX is fully operational.”
Another visitor, Ms. B (female, 30s) residing in Michuhol-gu, said, “Since the apartment I currently live in is an older building, I was looking for a new apartment when I heard that the ‘Incheon City Hall Station Hanshin The Hue’ model house was opening, so I visited.” She added, “Since it has a location that supports a one-stop lifestyle and a reasonable sale price compared to surrounding market prices, I plan to use my subscription savings account.”
Positive feedback on the interior floor plans also continued. One visitor said, “As a family of four, I carefully examined the floor plan, and what stood out the most was that it consists of highly preferred small to medium-sized units.” He added, “The 4-bay design, pantry, and dressing room seem to provide ample storage space.”
Additionally, many prospective buyers expressed expectations for the multi-school zone location within walking distance to various schools, the pleasant residential environment, and high future value.
A sales representative stated, “‘Incheon City Hall Station Hanshin The Hue’ has excellent location conditions in terms of transportation, education, and lifestyle, and it had garnered high expectations from buyers even before the sale.” He added, “With a reasonable sale price compared to surrounding market prices, it offers not only a chance to own a home but also potential capital gains in the future. Moreover, with specialized floor plans considering buyers’ lifestyles, good results are expected in the upcoming subscription.”
As such, with positive reviews from buyers following the opening of the ‘Incheon City Hall Station Hanshin The Hue’ model house, a green light has been given for the upcoming subscription.
