KB Kookmin Card Launches Mileage-Focused 'Skypass Titanium Card'

Earn 1 Mile per 1,000 Won Even Without Previous Month's Performance

[Asia Economy Reporter Yu Je-hoon] KB Kookmin Card announced on the 26th that it has launched the 'KB Kookmin Skypass Titanium Card' in line with the revitalization of air travel. This card is specialized in Korean Air mileage benefits and offers basic mileage accumulation and additional accumulation benefits even without previous month usage.

When using domestic and international merchants, 1 mile is accumulated per 1,000 KRW spent as a basic benefit, and an additional 1 mile is accumulated when using overseas and duty-free store categories, including direct overseas purchases and online shopping, allowing a total of 2 miles accumulation benefits.

There is no previous month usage condition for the accumulation benefits, and the monthly accumulation limit is a combined maximum of 5,000 miles per month across domestic and overseas merchants, overseas usage, and duty-free store categories. The monthly accumulation limit does not carry over.

Additionally, this card provides 'Titanium Services' such as ▲free airport lounge access ▲free valet parking at airports and hotels. Titanium Services offer free airport lounge access twice a year and valet parking service up to 3 times per month and 12 times per year at Incheon Airport and domestic hotels, provided the previous month usage is over 300,000 KRW. If the Master card is selected, additional services provided by that brand are also included.

Meanwhile, to commemorate the card launch, KB Kookmin Card is running an event where members who have no KB Kookmin credit card payment history in the last 6 months and spend over 200,000 KRW with the KB Kookmin Skypass Titanium Card from May 1 to June 30 will receive 8,000 Korean Air miles.

The annual fee for this card is 45,000 KRW for both domestic and international use, with a basic annual fee of 7,000 KRW, and for additional issuance, only an additional partnership annual fee of 38,000 KRW is charged.
