[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Du-yeol] The Busan Metropolitan Office of Education is launching the direct hotline 'Gonggam Phone (Happy SOS)' operated by the Audit Officer, allowing employees to easily and conveniently request consultations related to unfair work orders or power harassment.
'Gonggam Phone' is a system where employees who wish to consult can apply via a dedicated mobile phone number, and the Audit Officer provides appropriate responses to individual situations through phone or face-to-face consultations anytime and anywhere.
The Office of Education decided to operate 'Gonggam Phone' to eradicate acts that undermine fairness by abusing superior status and authority and to foster a healthy organizational culture.
It will be operated for employees of the Office of Education, Education Support Offices, and affiliated institutions (including libraries), and after a pilot operation and effectiveness analysis, it plans to expand and operate the system further.
Employees needing consultation can request it anytime during work or after hours by contacting the Audit Officer via the dedicated mobile phone number.
The consultation will be conducted by deciding the consultation date, location, and method while respecting the applicant's preferences as much as possible.
Audit Officer Lee Il-kwon said, "Gonggam Phone is a consultation channel that can promptly and effectively resolve individual grievances without being restricted by time or place," adding, "We will continue to seek various communication and empathy channels to realize a horizontal organizational culture."
