The area of Michuhol-gu, Incheon, where the complex is located, is actively undergoing urban renewal projects such as redevelopment and reconstruction. Additionally, Juan Station on Line 1 and Simin Park Station on Incheon Subway Line 2 are nearby, and the planned GTX-B line’s Incheon City Hall Station is also close.

Excellent transportation environment and high expectations for development benefits... Various school districts for elementary, middle, and high schools nearby
‘Juan Central Paragon’ boasts an excellent transportation environment. It is a station-area complex within walking distance of Simin Park Station on Incheon Subway Line 2, and Juan Station on Line 1 is also nearby. Additionally, Gyeongin-ro and Michuhol-daero are adjacent, making local travel convenient, and broad regional travel is easy via the 1st and 2nd Gyeongin Expressways.
Transportation development benefits are also noteworthy. The GTX-B line’s Incheon City Hall Station, located two stops from Simin Park Station near the complex, is under development with a target opening in 2029. Once opened, it is expected to allow access to Seoul Station and the Gangnam area within 20 minutes. Furthermore, benefits from the extension of Line 7 and Incheon Subway Line 2 are anticipated. Last year, the Seoknam extension line connecting Bupyeong-gu Office Station on Line 7 and Seoknam Station on Incheon Line 2 opened, and another extension to Cheongna International City Station is planned for 2027. There are also plans to connect Incheon Subway Line 2 to Geomdan New Town, Gimpo, and Ilsan.
Abundant living infrastructure is also a highlight. Around the complex, traditional markets such as Juan Free Market, as well as large shopping facilities like E-Mart Traders, Homeplus, Shinsegae Department Store, and Lotte Department Store, are located, providing high residential convenience. Additionally, near Juan Station, a multi-medical complex facility covering approximately 21,000 pyeong is planned, including Seoul Women’s Hospital, CGV, and shopping centers. Various administrative institutions such as Incheon City Hall, Incheon District Court, and Incheon Family Court are also nearby.
The educational environment is excellent. A daycare center and kindergarten are planned within the complex, and Juan Elementary and Middle Schools (planned) are within walking distance. Moreover, all school districts from elementary to high school, including Seokam Elementary, Dongincheon Middle, Sangincheon Girls’ Middle, Incheon High, and Inha University-affiliated High School, as well as prestigious universities like Incheon National University and Inha University, are located within a 2 km radius, making it ideal for fostering a learning atmosphere.
A large complex apartment with various unit sizes, differentiated specialized designs, and a nature-friendly residential environment!
‘Juan Central Paragon’ is expected to be a premium large complex with a total of 1,321 households. Line Construction plans to enhance the completeness of the complex by creating abundant landscaping and various community facilities. In particular, the composition of small to medium-sized niche units of 39, 51, 59, 62, 76, and 84㎡ is expected to meet diverse consumer demands.
Differentiated specialized designs will also be introduced. All units are mainly oriented south to maximize sunlight and views, and a wide-type spacious living room design optimized for all-in-home living is applied inside each unit. Additionally, a glass railing without external handrails is introduced for the living room’s full-window view, securing an unobstructed view. Furthermore, the high-end common entrance lobby design reminiscent of a hotel lobby is also eye-catching.
A nature-friendly residential environment will also be created. Themed gardens and walking paths constructed by Hyundai i-Service’s landscaping team will be provided throughout the complex, creating abundant green spaces covering 39.34%, more than twice the legal standard. Along with this, community facilities for healthy leisure activities such as an indoor golf range, fitness center, book caf?, and kids club are also anticipated.
