This developer recruitment process is intended to help developer candidates with a fast hiring process and decision-making. Gangnam Unnie will first implement this process for developer positions, which have a high hiring priority, and plans to conduct the shortest 2-week recruitment process.
Gangnam Unnie focuses the recruitment process according to the candidate’s schedule. The fastest developer recruitment process proceeds as follows: ▲Document review 2 days ▲Coding test 2 days ▲Pre-interview 2 days ▲Main interview 2 days ▲Reference check 1 day ▲Compensation negotiation 1 day. If the candidate wishes, the recruitment process can take longer than two weeks.
By the end of the second half of this year, Gangnam Unnie plans to hire a total of 30 developers. To apply, candidates only need to attach basic contact information and a resume on each recruitment platform or on Gangnam Unnie’s own recruitment website.
Since September last year, Gangnam Unnie has been operating a referral reward system for all job categories to attract excellent talent. Anyone outside the company can recommend talented individuals such as acquaintances or former colleagues through the Gangnam Unnie recruitment website. When a recommended candidate is hired, the referrer receives a referral reward ranging from a minimum of 1 million KRW to a maximum of 10 million KRW.
