Large-scale Commercial Facility 'Jeonggwan Centum Square' in Busan Jeonggwan New Town Now Leasing

Raon Finance Co., Ltd. announced on the 22nd that the commercial facility "Jeonggwan Centum Square," located in the central commercial area of Jeonggwan New Town, is currently available for sale.


Jeonggwan Centum Square is a complex leisure town commercial facility located in Jeonggwan-eup, Gijang-gun, Busan Metropolitan City, consisting of a total of 246 units from basement level 5 to ground level 15, with a total exclusive area of approximately 19,719㎡.


First, a self-parking lot designed to accommodate about 350 vehicles is planned from basement level 1 to basement level 5, and the ground floors feature a terrace-style design. The first-floor "Road Zone" shops are mainly composed of highly accessible businesses such as convenience stores, bakeries, optical shops, snack bars, and general merchandise.

The complex is adjacent to industrial complexes such as Jeonggwan, Jangan, Ilgwang, Ori, and Myeongrye, which is expected to generate demand for corporate office space. Floors 10 to 15, with a total exclusive area of 8,040㎡, will feature large facilities such as a spa, water park, jjimjilbang (Korean sauna), and fitness center.


Key tenants of Jeonggwan Centum Square include "10% Coffee," "Hollys Coffee," "New Skin," "Langcontre," "365 Beauty Center," and "Dogmaru," along with family saunas and kids' swimming pools.


A sales representative for Jeonggwan Centum Square stated, "Jeonggwan New Town covers Busan, Yangsan, and Ulsan and is adjacent to industrial complexes such as Jeonggwan, Jangan, Ilgwang, and Ori, making it a commercial facility expected to have a maximum hinterland demand of 120,000 people," adding, "The average age of nearby residents is 32.7 years, representing a consumer base with high purchasing power, so rapid success is anticipated."
