On that day, before the party meeting, Floor Leader Park told reporters in response to the question, "Was the fundamental principle upheld in the Speaker's mediation plan?" as stated above.

Floor Leader Park said, "Secondly, we have been advocating for the establishment of a Korean-style FBI to clearly strengthen the nation's capacity to respond to anti-corruption crimes," expressing that such content should also be included in the mediation plan.

He also said, "One of the fundamental principles is that the matter should be processed in the April National Assembly session, and we have consistently stated that this part should be reflected," adding, "Whether the judgment on that has been properly reflected, I believe our (Democratic Party) lawmakers will make that judgment."
