Get 100% Discount Coupons for Daepak and Rapak When You Subscribe to Sports Products
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yeo Jong-gu] DGB Daegu Bank has launched special promotional products to support the local professional sports teams Samsung Lions and Daegu FC.
In line with the start of the pro league season, Daegu Bank released various marketing events and exclusive products to cheer on the hometown teams' success.
The limited-time special promotional product events include two options: ‘Special DGB Home Run Savings and Deposits’ and ‘Special DGB Daepak Savings and Deposits’.
These products are available to individual customers, with deposits ranging from 1 million KRW to 10 million KRW (one account per person) for a one-year term. The Special DGB Home Run Savings and Special DGB Daepak Savings allow monthly deposits between 100,000 KRW and 500,000 KRW (one account per person) for a one-year term.
The base interest rates are 2.35% per annum for the Special DGB Home Run Deposits and Special DGB Daepak Deposits, and 2.75% per annum for the Special DGB Home Run Savings and Special DGB Daepak Savings.
For the Special DGB Home Run Savings and Deposits, if Samsung Lions advance to the postseason, win the regular season, or win the Korean Series, and for the Special DGB Daepak Savings and Deposits, if Daegu FC finishes between 1st and 6th place in the K League 1 final standings, wins the K League 1, or qualifies for the 2023 Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Champions League (ACL) group stage by the maturity date, an additional preferential interest rate of 0.10%p per achievement, up to a maximum of 0.30%p per annum, will be applied.
To commemorate the launch of the new products, all customers who subscribe to the sports-linked special promotional products at any DGB Daegu Bank branch, mobile web, or IM Bank and enter a cheering message will also receive a 10% discount coupon for home games.
