The protagonist is Trimaje Suncheon. The complex will be developed in Jorye-dong, Suncheon-si, Jeollanam-do, with exclusive areas ranging from 84 to 264㎡. Phase 1 consists of 20 buildings from 4 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, totaling 1,314 households, and Phase 2 consists of 11 buildings from 3 basement floors to 26 above-ground floors, totaling 705 households, making a total of 2,019 households.


Trimaje Suncheon is a complex featuring Doosan Enerbility’s high-end brand ‘Trimaje’, which has introduced landmark complexes nationwide such as ‘Trimaje Seongsu-dong, Seoul’ and ‘Trimaje Yangsan’. As such, it is expected to boast differentiated product qualities rarely seen in the Suncheon area.


First, the complex offers landscaping and community facilities that maximize the premium of a mammoth-scale complex with a total of 2,019 households. The complex is designed as a car-free zone on the ground (excluding parking lots for neighborhood facilities and some access roads), and features specialized landscaping designs such as a water garden, water playground, and pet garden harmonizing with a rock garden inspired by Suncheon’s beautiful natural environment, boasting outdoor spaces comparable to large parks.


Additionally, it includes a super-large community space designed with the concept of a large street mall. Within the community, there are differentiated facilities rarely found in other complexes, such as a fitness club, golf practice range, breakfast lounge providing morning meals to residents, European-style library, luxury sauna, music practice room, table tennis room, multi-room, and coin laundry, enabling residents to enjoy a high-quality residential lifestyle within the complex.


The interior design suitable for a luxury residential complex is another notable strength. Trimaje Suncheon is composed of various unit sizes from small to large, considering the diverse lifestyles of residents, and all units are constructed with a 4BAY slab-type structure favorable for ventilation and views, which is highly preferred by consumers. In particular, a food waste disposal system, considered a benchmark for high-end residential complexes, is installed within each unit, and underground storage for each household is also provided for efficient space utilization.
