[Asia Economy Online Issue Team] Actor Lee Hoon confessed the pain he experienced after a business failure.
On the 19th, KBS 2TV's 'Park Won-sook's Let's Live Together Season 3' aired, revealing the life of Park Won-sook, Hye Eun-i, Kim Chung, and Lee Hoon in Okcheon.
When Lee Hoon appeared as a guest that day, the cast, including Park Won-sook, could not hide their delight, saying, "You look prettier than before." Lee Hoon smiled and said, "I removed the bubbles. I lost 10kg."
Park Won-sook started by saying to Lee Hoon, "I saw you struggling on the broadcast. I missed you." In response, Lee Hoon said, "You thought I was struggling now? I had a major business failure 10 years ago. It was very difficult. At that time, my debt reached 3 billion won. I was living normally, but then seven of us lived in a semi-basement," sharing the difficulties he faced back then.
He continued, "But I didn't know at the time, looking back now. I thought only I was struggling, but the children's mother and the kids suffered a lot. Still, I couldn't be affectionate; I drank every day and got angry. It couldn't be helped. I thought I had overcome it, but I saw that the children's mother and the kids had suffered a lot," he said.
Hye Eun-i comforted him, saying, "After hearing the news and going through it all, I felt a strong sense of empathy." Lee Hoon confessed, "Actually, I have never watched 'Let's Live Together' until the end. Since I know the seniors' lives, I got choked up."
