Gwangju Gwangsan-gu Supports Prototype Production of Excellent Technologies for Small and Medium Enterprises

[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Jin-hyung] Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, is promoting a support project for the production of excellent technology prototypes targeting local small and medium-sized enterprises.

This is to help companies that have ideas but face difficulties in prototype production, and plans to support up to 80% (within 9 million KRW) of the prototype production costs such as material costs, equipment usage fees, and outsourcing production costs.

The target is small and medium-sized enterprises (excluding small business owners) with their headquarters located in Gwangsan-gu, and applications can be submitted by visiting, mail, or email to the Gwangsan-gu Corporate Doctor Center by the 6th of next month.

G-SMART companies that signed agreements with the Gwangsan-gu Corporate Doctor Center from 2019 to 2021 and companies with a high self-payment ratio will be given additional points during recruitment.

A Gwangsan-gu official said, “We hope for active participation from companies that want to realize creative and excellent technologies as prototypes and commercialize them.”
