The branded officetel "Anyang Hanyang Sujain Riverview" is set to be supplied in the Anyang pre-sale market, which is currently experiencing a shortage of new supply.
Hanyang Co., Ltd. (hereinafter Hanyang) plans to supply the officetel "Anyang Hanyang Sujain Riverview" in Anyang-dong, Anyang-si, Gyeonggi-do in April. This complex, located in Anyang-dong, Manan-gu, Anyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, will consist of two buildings ranging from three basement floors to 19 above-ground floors, with a total of 169 units in four types: exclusive 55㎡ A, B, C, and D.
According to Real Estate R114, in Anyang-si where Anyang Hanyang Sujain Riverview will be located, out of a total of approximately 153,923 apartment households, about 119,794 households are in apartments over 10 years old, accounting for nearly 80%, indicating a severe shortage of new supply. This is the fifth highest figure in Gyeonggi-do and shows a significant difference compared to the Gyeonggi-do average of 64%.
New residential products entering areas with insufficient new supply attract significant attention from demanders, regardless of whether they are apartments or officetels. Due to the severe shortage of supply in the area, there is abundant waiting demand aiming to move to new residential products that can offer a pleasant living environment.
Most of these areas are old downtowns, where overall living convenience facilities such as transportation and education are already established, allowing residents to enjoy abundant infrastructure and high residential satisfaction. Additionally, the latest residential trends, including specialized designs not seen in older complexes, are applied, making them highly desirable.

Meanwhile, Anyang Hanyang Sujain Riverview is expected to form a landmark "Sujain" brand town representing Anyang, along with "Anyang Hanyang Sujain Edupark," "Anyang Station Hanyang Sujain Riverpark," and "Hanyang Sujain Pyeongchon Riverview," which were previously supplied around the Anyangcheon Stream.
