Tried the New Spring Alcohol!

Choose According to Your Taste♥

Tried the New Spring Alcohol!

The gentle breeze suggests that the perfect season for drinking has arrived. As if eagerly awaiting the warm spring, the liquor market is flooded with various new products ranging from Makgeolli to soju, beer, and sparkling beer. Can't resist the new arrivals. I tried the latest drinks and even rated them.

Seolbing Injeolmi Soonhee

Tried the New Spring Alcohol!

Seolbing Injeolmi Soonhee was born from a collaboration between Soonhee Makgeolli and Seolbing. It combines the clean taste of Makgeolli with the nutty flavor of Seolbing’s signature Injeolmi bingsu. The alcohol content is 5%. The label advises to chill and gently shake before drinking.

Tried the New Spring Alcohol!

Even before pouring into the glass, the nutty aroma of soybean powder that Injeolmi enthusiasts will adore wafted gently. Smiling contentedly, I took a sip... but the taste was very mild, as if the Makgeolli had been diluted with water. Compared to the aroma, the savory flavor was lacking, which was disappointing. It tastes more like Makgeolli with Injeolmi scent rather than Injeolmi Makgeolli itself. If you don’t prefer the rich, thick taste and carbonation typical of Makgeolli, you might find it smooth, but if you expect a deep nuttiness, you may be disappointed.

One-liner Searching for the lost taste of Injeolmi

Cheoeumcheoreom Honeyju

Tried the New Spring Alcohol!

Goodbye to the days of ordering soju and beer separately to make honeyju. From now on, one bottle of Cheoeumcheoreom Honeyju, which combines the scent of beer and honey, is enough. The alcohol content is the lowest among the Cheoeumcheoreom series at 15%.

Tried the New Spring Alcohol!

As soon as you open the cap, a sweet honey scent spreads. Unlike clear soju, it has a light yellow hue like honey water. It’s the exact color of honeyju made with Davichi’s Kang Min-kyung’s recipe (soju 9 : beer 1).

Although inspired by the so-maek (soju + beer) mix, the taste is closer to literally mixing honey and soju rather than so-maek flavor. Perhaps because it contains Western honey, the sweet taste of honey is strongly felt. The characteristic bitter alcohol taste of soju is almost absent, but there is a warm sensation in the throat after swallowing. Highly recommended for those who struggle with the alcohol taste of soju.

One-liner Even better when chilled. Be careful not to get drunk quickly sipping one after another due to its sweet taste!

Jeju Beer MacBTI

Tried the New Spring Alcohol!

Jeju Beer has released a unique beer called MacBTI, with MBTI printed on the cans. The four types of cans feature I-E, S-N, F-T, and J-P on both sides, allowing you to mix and match the four cans according to your MBTI. At the bottom of the can, phrases describing each MBTI type’s traits are also printed. It is a white beer style wheat beer characterized by a smooth and refreshing taste, and all four cans taste the same. The alcohol content is 3.9%. Since it’s an MBTI beer, Drinkit editors with different MBTI types rated it individually.

INTP This is a spring beer. It has a rich sweet apricot aroma that finishes slightly tart. The carbonation is just right. It feels romantic, like lying on a picnic blanket under cherry blossoms watching petals fall. It would pair very well with kimbap on a picnic. / ★★★★☆

ESFJ A beer that suits a warm sunny afternoon. Refreshing with fruity aromas lingering in the mouth. I’m not usually a fan of fruity beers, but it would be nice to drink outdoors with a gentle breeze. Perfect for Instagram photos, and I imagine an ESFJ would buy all four cans even if the taste is the same. I also really like the phrase, “Let’s dream of happiness together tonight and plan for 10 years from now.” / ★★★☆☆

ISTJ Do you like beers with aroma? Then this is your beer. It has a fresh and sweet fruit flavor that finishes slightly bitter. A light and smooth beer perfect for sipping alone at home. If you don’t like fruity beers, skip it. It would have been better if each of the four cans had different flavors. / ★★★☆☆

Let’s Fresh Today

Tried the New Spring Alcohol!

Let’s Fresh Today (Let’s), a rising star that appeared like a comet in the domestic sparkling beer market dominated by Filite and Filgood. The malt ratio is 9%, and the alcohol content is similar to other sparkling beers at 4.5%.

Tried the New Spring Alcohol! Can you see the rich foam?

When I opened the can and poured it into a glass, the foam was much richer than regular beer. Even during filming, the foam barely subsided. The barley’s savory flavor was stronger than expected, giving it a taste closer to beer rather than bland. The soft texture like wheat beer is also an attractive point. It is definitely smoother than the sharp Filite and has a richer taste than Filgood. If you’re looking for a cost-effective sparkling beer with smooth throat feel and beer-like taste, Let’s is perfect.

One-liner You seem like beer but aren’t quite beer, yet you’re just like beer
