'Hygiene & Coexistence' Consulting... Wi-sang Campaign Launch

Yogiyo "Professional Consultants Provide Store-Customized Solutions"

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Yogiyo announced on the 18th that it will carry out the 'Hygiene & Win-Win Campaign (WiSang Campaign),' a customized consulting program specialized in store hygiene management and store operation for its restaurant partners.

The 'WiSang Campaign' is a co-growth support program newly launched by Yogiyo with the meaning of win-win to overcome difficulties together with small business owners during the phased recovery period. The program is mainly composed of consulting services for hygiene management and sales increase, designed to provide practical help to store owners listed on Yogiyo.

Hygiene consulting is conducted through one-on-one customized consulting by hygiene experts who visit the stores directly to check hygiene items that are difficult for the owners to inspect themselves. Based on the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety's restaurant hygiene rating system standards, detailed evaluation items and improvement directions are provided over three months, and items for hygiene management such as aprons, hygiene caps, and expiration date labels are also supported.

Through the win-win consulting, customized solutions for store growth are provided. Win-win consultants visit directly to provide growth consulting by analyzing sales data and diagnosing delivery app operations, which busy store owners may overlook. Group consulting through online channels will also be conducted sequentially.

Park Chae-yeon, Head of Marketing at Yogiyo, said, "Yogiyo is continuously thinking about and striving for win-win to provide practical help to restaurant partners. Especially as consumers' standards are becoming more demanding, Yogiyo will actively assist with hygiene management and sales analysis, which are difficult to handle alone, and do its best as a partner."
