Ten people attended the delivery ceremony, including the Prevention Division Chief of Gwangju Western Fire Station, the Budget Equipment Team Leader, the Chairman of the Seo-gu Volunteer Center, and the Head of the Autonomous Administration Division of Seo-gu Office.
