FSN-HandStudio Partners with NEW3 Blockchain Platform 'Pellaz'

[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Hyowon] FSN, a KOSDAQ-listed company, and its subsidiary Hand Studio announced on the 15th that they have signed a partnership with PELLAS, a NEW3 (Next Entertainment Web 3.0) blockchain platform, through the blockchain-focused accelerator StarX Ventures, and will expand the blockchain ecosystem of the PFP NFT project 'Sunmiya Club.'

Through this collaboration, FSN, Hand Studio, and PELLAS plan to introduce a differentiated NFT platform where artists, fandoms, and NFT holders can coexist and thrive together. They also intend to carry out various forms of cooperation regarding the tokenomics design and operation of Sunmiya Club, FSN and Hand Studio's PFP NFT project.

StarX Ventures is a Singapore-based blockchain accelerator founded by Brian Han (Han Hyunmin), a managing partner who was responsible for ecosystem development at Ground X, Kakao's blockchain technology affiliate, and served as the head of the Korean branch of Chiliz, a blockchain fintech unicorn. This gives StarX Ventures a strong global network. Beyond simple financial investment, it supports the growth of blockchain companies from service planning and development to PR and marketing.

PELLAS is a blockchain project being accelerated by StarX Ventures. It is a NEW3 blockchain platform that enables companies, artists, and fans to easily interact within the blockchain ecosystem. It is collaborating with major global record labels and production companies to build an independent launchpad and is preparing to launch an ecosystem platform for existing NFT communities.

PELLAS has been gaining attention in the global market, participating as a premium sponsor at global blockchain events held in Dubai last month, such as the World Blockchain Summit and ETH Dubai. At these events, PELLAS shared its vision of creating new value by combining Web 3.0 and the entertainment industry with global blockchain companies.

Sunmiya Club is the first PFP NFT project by a female K-pop artist in Korea. It has established itself as a leading PFP NFT project in Korea through a roadmap that connects fandoms and crypto, along with various online and offline benefits. Recently, it disclosed tokenomics-related information through an AMA (Ask Me Anything) and is actively expanding its metaverse and NFT ecosystem.

Lee Sangseok, co-CEO of FSN, said, "As Sunmiya Club, recognized as a successful case of entertainment NFTs, joins forces with PELLAS, which possesses solution technology specialized for the entertainment market, an innovative NFT platform and tokenomics will be born. We will continuously connect artists, fandoms, and NFT holders to expand Sunmiya Club's blockchain ecosystem and further develop Sunmiya Club into a highly competitive NFT project in the global market."
