Gwangsan Fire Station, Gwangsan Youth Center, and Korea 119 Youth Corps Hold Activity Council Meeting

[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Junho] Gwangsan Fire Station (Chief Song Seong-hoon) announced on the 14th that it held a business consultation on the 13th with Gwangsan-gu Youth Training Center and the Korea 119 Youth Corps for systematic support.

Through this business consultation, Gwangsan Fire Station decided to support fire safety education and training such as fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, and CPR education called 'Sososhim' at the Gwangsan-gu Youth Training Center.

Meanwhile, the Korea 119 Youth Corps operates with the goal of fostering healthy children and youth who lead the next generation of safety culture by instilling a safety culture. They are planning various fire safety culture activities such as ▲fire prevention campaigns ▲safety experience festivals ▲fire safety education, and through this consultation, they also plan to provide activities and venues for the Korea 119 Youth Corps targeting youth with developmental disabilities.

Shin Saeng-gyun, Head of the 119 Disaster Response Division, stated, “Taking this consultation as an opportunity, we will do our best to provide various fire safety education program opportunities to youth who will lead the future safety culture.”
