Lotte Mart collaborated in advance for three months with the Sunchang-gun Cooperative Joint Business Corporation and local agricultural cooperatives to plan the supply volume of seasonal Sunchang Chamdurup, monitoring weekly climate changes to determine the optimal supply timing.
Jirisan Eomnamusun was cultivated at an altitude of 400m on the slopes of Jirisan in Hadong-gun, Gyeongnam. A local merchandise planner (MD) responsible for the Gyeongsang region personally searched and found the farm to expand the supply of wild vegetables.
Lotte On also operates a weekly seasonal corner, gathering and showcasing seasonal fruits, seafood, and vegetables. This month's seasonal vegetables include Chamdurup, Eomnamusun, Dallae, Naengi, Chwinamul, and Chamnamul.
A Lotte Mart official said, "We put a lot of effort into presenting Chamdurup, the king of wild vegetables that herald spring, and Eomnamusun, which contains the energy of Jirisan, at the most appropriate time," adding, "Since the producing farms and merchandise planners have prepared diligently in advance, we hope customers fully enjoy the scent of spring with these seasonal wild vegetables."
