[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Hyowon] The Sportium project, jointly conducted by Blueberry NFT and Alphaworks, announced on the 13th that it successfully sold out the first issued PFP (Profile Picture) NFT called Spottie and acquired the NFT publicity rights of the Turkish professional football team Trabzonspor.
The total number of Spotties sold this time was 2,220, and Spottie will be used in the upcoming P2E fantasy sports game to be applied in the Sportium project.
The public price of Spottie was set at 0.15 ETH (approximately 570,000 KRW), and all Spotties were successfully sold out. The sold Spotties are currently being traded on the global NFT trading platform OpenSea (opensea.io).
Additionally, the Sportium project announced that it has acquired the NFT publicity rights of the Turkish professional football team Trabzonspor SK.
Blueberry NFT obtained the NFT publicity rights of Trabzonspor through the sports agency Capital Block.
Trabzonspor is currently leading the Turkish S?per Lig and is a prestigious Turkish professional football team that won the Turkish Cup in 2020 and the Turkish Super Cup in 2021.
Leveraging the acquisition of Trabzonspor’s NFT publicity rights, Blueberry NFT plans to focus on securing more global sports IPs through close collaboration with project investors to leap forward as a global sports NFT platform.
A company representative stated, “We plan to sell K League footage NFTs using videos in May, and before the sale, we will secure more use cases and sequentially open content to continuously appeal to users interested in blockchain for the success of the project. Furthermore, we will strive to secure global sports IPs to become a leading domestic and international sports NFT company.”
