EcoPro BM Resumes Production at Ochang CAM4 Plant... Notification of Full Work Suspension Lifted

[Asia Economy Reporter Myunghwan Lee] Ecopro BM announced on the 12th that the Ochang CAM4 plant resumed production on the 11th following the lifting of the full work suspension order.

The company stated, "Due to the fire at the Ochang CAM4N plant on January 21, we received a full work suspension order for both the CAM4N and CAM4 plants from the Daejeon Regional Employment and Labor Office. The CAM4 plant itself did not suffer direct fire damage, and production resumed on the 11th after notification of the lifting of the full work suspension following investigations by relevant authorities."

The Ochang CAM4 plant accounted for 38.75% of Ecopro BM's consolidated sales in 2020.
