Lotte Construction's AI Market Analysis-Based Commercial Facility Sales Estimation Image Utilized Through Agreement with Oasis Business
Lotte Construction has signed a business agreement with the proptech company 'Oasis Business' and will strengthen its marketing capabilities in the commercial real estate market starting on the 12th.
Oasis Business is a proptech company that provides objective data for rational decision-making in commercial real estate based on big data and AI (artificial intelligence). It showcases big data construction AI technology based on data such as human behavior studies, consumer demography, and population statistics. Notably, it offers a virtual startup platform using an 'AI commercial district analysis-based sales estimation algorithm' for general consumers, and an 'RPA (Robotics Process Automation) system for calculating appropriate commercial facility sale prices' for businesses.
This agreement was made to provide objective information that enables rational decision-making in the commercial real estate market, which has higher information asymmetry and uncertainty compared to the housing market, thereby preemptively blocking risks such as vacancies and unsold units that may arise in the future.
Lotte Construction plans to establish customer-tailored marketing strategies by utilizing big data on the commercial real estate market status by region provided by Oasis Business, as well as AI-based reports analyzing appropriate sale prices and commercial environment values for commercial real estate. They expect to calculate appropriate sale prices and analyze project feasibility with more accurate commercial market analysis data.
A Lotte Construction official said, "With this agreement, rational decision-making based on accurate market analysis will become possible in the commercial real estate market, where rational investment has been difficult until now, so we expect to respond quickly to consumer needs for investment products."
