Daewoo Industrial Development is on the verge of signing a construction contract for the ‘Hanam City Citizen Happiness Center Construction Project’ commissioned by Hanam City, Gyeonggi Province.
The Hanam City Citizen Happiness Center Construction Project involves building sports facilities, office facilities, and facilities for the elderly and children within an approximate total floor area of 9,516㎡ in Deokpung-dong, Hanam City, Gyeonggi Province. Construction is scheduled to begin this month, with completion planned for February 2024.
This project is expected to revitalize the old downtown area. Through various facilities, it will increase recreational opportunities for citizens and serve as a space for reducing residential environment disparities and promoting communication and harmony among citizens.
Daewoo Industrial Development plans to sign the construction contract for the Hanam City Citizen Happiness Center jointly with Geosong General Construction Co., Ltd. within April.
