A representative from a real estate agency in Seochungju said, “There is a large waiting demand within Chungju, but inquiries about Seochungju Prugio The First are many, especially from the metropolitan area, so the subscription competition is expected to be very intense,” adding, “Since there are no resale restrictions and fewer loan regulations, the proportion of investors is also expected to be high.”
Because nationwide subscription is possible, the outstanding design befitting the brand is enjoying ‘nationwide’ popularity. It consists of medium-to-large types that are rare in the region, all designed with more than 4 bays per unit, and especially some 84㎡ exclusive area types are supplied with an innovative 5-bay, 4-room layout. This is an innovative design usually seen only in high-end apartments in the Gangnam area of Seoul.

A sales official said, “Inquiries are pouring in not only from Chungju but nationwide, so customer interest is very high,” and added, “We will meet the high expectations by presenting the best product and design that can change the standard of living in the region.”
Meanwhile, Seochungju Prugio The First is located in Hwagok-ri, Judeok-eup, Chungju-si, Chungbuk (Chungju Enterprise City Residential and Commercial Block 1), consisting of 8 buildings from 4 basement floors to 37 floors above ground, with a total of 1,169 households including apartments (exclusive area 74~124㎡, 1,029 units) and residential officetels (exclusive area 84㎡, 140 units). A pre-promotion center is operating, and various events for visitors are also underway.
