[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] Ottogi announced on the 11th that it has launched 'Naengmyeon Sobak', which replicates the authentic taste and texture of traditional soba.
The new product uses fried noodles to capture the savory flavor and texture of soba noodles, and features a soy sauce broth simmered with katsuobushi that is not salty, complemented by radish and wasabi.
An Ottogi representative said, "Ahead of the upcoming summer season, we have launched Naengmyeon Sobak, which combines chewy noodles with a savory broth," adding, "We plan to continuously introduce seasonal noodles with taste and quality comparable to specialty restaurants to meet the rising expectations of consumers."
